Include the game name, level or mode, your device and browser, and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot can help; remove any personal information before sending it. Please do not send passwords or payment details.

For loading or saved-progress issues, try the player help page first. Avoid clearing site data as a first troubleshooting step, because it deletes your local progress.

Privacy and rights enquiries

Use the same email address for privacy questions or a concern about content ownership. For a content concern, include the page URL, the material involved, and a description of your concern so we can investigate.
